The main song for this game started as a present for Game Dev PT's (portuguese game developer community) Secret Santa 2020.
The beggining of the song is loosely inspired by João Costa's work for Out of Line, PS4, Xbox One and PC game by Nerd Monkeys and then I just transformed it into something of my own.
Originally this was a gift to Mafalda Duarte, producer/managing director at Nerd Monkeys, whose main work at the time was to direct this game.

After this event I talked to Lee Stevenson as I felt this song would fit with one of his games, as they have been the ones where I risk or try to innovate the most with very good results.
Knowing about his Super Hair game, still in development I gave it a final polish and it was done!
So far I think this is the most "show-off" of my songs, as it is where I try to show most of the different techniques I've learned over the last years and I feel this might be a good piece just to show how much you can bend the AY Chip's limitations to your advantage.

The final song is my personal remix of the Superman theme, as I felt the original song has been overused, I tried to give it my personal touch, making it more fun and videogame music-like.

An interesting challenge that was a joy to work in, as this is one of the best SEUD games released in a long while and it certainly shows this tool is far from dead and still has very much to give in the right hands.
